Initiate Your Return
Log into your Amazfit UK account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your device in its original packaging, including all accessories, charging cables, and manuals that were included in the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned electronics, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
